On 10th April 1912, RMS Titanic made her one & only stop at Cherbourg, where 179 1st & 2nd class passengers boarded the ill-fated liner via SS Nomadic the tender that was purpose-built to serve the 'Olympic'- Class liners.
Nomadic is the last surviving ship from the once-mighty White Star Line and now restored, is displayed at 'Titanic Belfast'.
