Any item cancelled by the customer before dispatch will incur a 5% restocking fee, after dispatch, any item will incur a 10% restocking fee after item has been returned at customers expense, subject to condition upon its return, postage will NOT be refunded.
NOTE: Please only email us once about an order, not numerous times, as some do, we received hundreds of emails and you will only slow down a reply to you, we do NOT tolerate threatening or abusive emails to our staff and they will be dealt with accordingly, either via the Police or banning you.

Returns Policy
You can notify us of your wish to return the goods without reason within 14 days of receipt and we allow another 14 days for return delivery, especially if coming from overseas.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless specified otherwise.
RESTOCKING/ADMIN CHARGES:
1: item cancelled before dispatch, 5% restocking and admin fee.
2: item cancelled after dispatch, 10% restocking and admin fee.
