This stunning floor tile is actually 13 individual tiles interlinked and is made of linoleum. They are from SS Corinthic and was part of a large quantity fitted into a Masonic hall in the port of Blyth in the North-East of England, after the ship was scrapped there in 1931.
These tiles were also fitted by Harland & Wolff in all of the 'Big Four' ships for White Star Line: RMS Celtic (1901), Cedric (1902), Baltic (1903) & Adriatic (1907). The dimensions are large: 15.5" (39cm) x 25" (64cm) and the weight is over 2.5kg.
This is an incredibly rare opportunity to acquire one of these tiles and a superb investment opportunity!
